Paola is a Full Professor of Business Law at the University of Florence, Department of Legal Science. Her teaching activities are also International Trade Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution and Conflicts Mediation. Paola is a Member of the Academic Board of the PhD in European Private Law; she has been visiting researcher in the Universities of Heidelberg and Cambridge. Paola is the Director of “Un Altro Modo”, a Centre of Researches and Training on ADR. Her most important research fields are Relational Commercial Agreements and Dispute Resolutions Methods; Enterprises and Conflicts Mediation. Paola partecipates to an ERC Granted Project on “The Judicial Conflict Resolution” and coordinates the experimental projects inside the Court of Florence on Conflicts Mediation. She has been the Director of the Department of Private Law in the Faculty of Law of Florence and a Rector’s delegate for the Counseling and Job Placement in the Center of University Services for TT and Start-Up Incubator.
