DESCRIPTION:Best Practices in European Restructuring \nContractualised Distress Resolution in the Light of the Directive Proposal of 22 November 2016  \n  \nFollow the conference in streaming\, HERE!\n  \n\n\n\n \n \n\n\n\nThe University of Florence (L. Stanghellini/R. Mokal)\, the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin (C. Paulus) and the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid (I. Tirado) are holding a full-day workshop in Brussels to present the results of an EU-funded research project on contractual and semi-formal debt restructuring tools in the EU\, debate the results with attendants and foster critical analysis thereof\, and discuss the implications of the project´s outcome on the Directive Proposal of 22 November 2016. \nThe workshop will take place in Brussels at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS)\, 1 Place du Congres\, 1000 Brussels. \nParticipation is free-of-charge. \n  \nThe streaming of the Conference is available HERE!\n  \n\nFor further information see the Agenda of the meeting or e-mail to Iacopo Donati at iacopo.donati(AT)unifi.it \nPreparatory materials will be circulated to registered participants in advance of the meeting.
